Jon Darling and I have been living and laboring on a magical piece of land in Andrews, South Carolina since the spring of 2018 and continue to slowly evolve our rather private world. We cook, we grow, we raise and harvest--walk, think and rest.
Several times a year we collaborate with fellow chefs and farmers to celebrate our craft, to learn and to share. We are opening The Edgewater in Awendaw, SC this March as an event space and will gradually rebuild the historical site to become a roadside destination with food, retail, forage shop, two room motel and a creative public resting place.
To view more of our work, or inquire about private event hire, write us! firstname.lastname@example.org A beautiful 2020 to all, Tara Derr Darling
